In Canada
In the forests of Canada
where the hugest trees of the world grow
there is a being made out of light and water
living in a remote lake
which has a unique and fascinating underwater world.
At night the being goes on shore
because it feels so lonely.
It gets to know the trees
and has deep conversations with them each night.
One night one tree falls in love with the light-water-being
and from that day on they spend each night together.
From this relationship, protected by trust, tolerance and love,
originates the rarest being in the world
that just can be seen in one single picture:
the light-tree-water-being.
Conception and development
Like any other real existing being the invented being also should have a history.
Where does it come from? How has it been called into being?
For me nature on earth, under water and in space, offers the richest variety of colours and shapes.
Inspired by this natural miscellaneousness the basic idea for this piece of jewellery was born.
The coincidence of the strong concentrated forms of energy: light, water and earth, as well as the
grace of each of these natural elements, unified in the delicate expressiveness of a jewellery piece,
asked for a new way of personation and interpretation of nature through jewellery.
Evolution in it's progress is thrilling and cannot be foreseen. The attraction to create new forms
of expression and also new possible forms of living was more than enough reason to realize
an evolutionary association between a gem and an invented being.
Under such circumstances the gem can arise to life because it is no more just immobile and beautiful
but part of a living being. The form of living and the gem turn to a symbiosis and reach a stage of subtle living effect.
The aim was not to have a motionless new piece of jewellery but to compose a new living being
with the facilities of jewellery creation design.
The result is a decorative independent individual who inspires the fantasy of the wearer
as well as the viewer, free and powerful with personal radiation.

The Sealring for the King Khairul

The ring design
Now I would like to report a few things about the unique ring that I have designed specially for the king.
The development was an exciting process as I had to consider several aspects of the historical background,
the nature and the religion of the country. The ring was drawn in water-colours in original size.
I would like to present the ring as a plant or an organism.
The lowest part of the ring with the indicated crown is supposed to symbolize the former kings and with them
their royal history and the royal past of the country on which the new kingdom rests.
The above leaf is an important part of the ring symbolizing the endless powers of nature and the wealth of
natural treasures in physical and spiritual regard.
Further up the leaf you find the white leopard, the symbol for strength, mobility, rapidity and intelligence
and an important part of the royal coat of arms.
The stone between mouth and paw of the leopard expresses clearness of language which is followed by clear action.
The white leopard carries the coat of arms which is situated on top of the ring.
The plant is also growing on the side of the ring and and out of it the leaves develop the initials KS for Khairul Saleh.
At this point the unification of the King's initials with the ring becomes obvious and with it the unification of the kingdom,
nature and all aspects of the ring. It takes place in a natural, light and self-evident powerful way.
The technical description of the stamp
The top part can be pressed by two buttons here shown in Green Columbian Emerald and then the top part can be taken out.
Hidden in the ring is a stamp with the personal seal of the King.
The decision for this technical effect was inspired by stories about valuable seals of old kingdoms.
A fine microstamp is worked into the ring.
Move Award
The Move Award – The artistic implementation by Elena Villa
The original idea of implementing the Move Award into an artistic reality consisted of, amongst others,
the visualization of a human profile according to the basic intention of the Move Award to give a face to people
being involved in social coexistence, which means to put their individual self motivated action in the focus and make it visible.
It has been agreed in a further conversation with the initiators Nestwärme e.V. and Palais e.V. to express
the interaction between human beings by the artistic implementation.
This is how an object with two stylized faces was created from the outline of the human profile.
The inner profile represents those who need protection and cannot speak for themselves.
They are connected in trust and gratitude to the outer profile of those who grant them esteem, respect and help in daily interaction.
The choice of a filigree object on a warm wooden base was taken on purpose to capture
the fragility of single persons, to integrate a ray of hope by the gemstone and to show human attachment and warmth by the wood.
The braid of a waver-thin silver thread symbolizes the solidarity of those who show respectful action within human coexistence.
The values of responsible, respectful social coexistence is the central motivation of the initiators of the Move Award.
Even though the Award speaks for itself it symbolizes the socio-political approach.
The application of natural materials only emphasizes the authenticity and real gratitude
which is represented by the Award towards the honorees.
As an artist I feel very great pleasure and honoured having been part of the artistic implementation of the project.
The special human subject of this project was immediately most fascinating to me.

The Bramidon
On the planet Sirameeson nobody knows exactly how deep the waters are.
The women living on this planet are waiting for a particular moment that occurs every 28 years
in which the rare species Bramidon rises from these depths. The Bramidon are unselfish living beings
who are determined to give protection.
By a loving ritual each Bramidon embraces the neck of a woman and transmits to her the feeling for
imminent danger with it`s sensitive antennas.
As these exceptional beings are extremely rare not every woman has the luck to meet one of them.
But those who are fortunate become very beautiful, strong. loving and wise from that moment on.
Amulet
It would certainly be unscientific to believe in
extraterrestrial beings and a highly developed technique
or a better application for jewelry pieces. On the other hand
it would be as unscientific not to take all that into account.
